Solar Technician Installer

Solar Source is seeking a Solar Technician/Installer in Tampa, FL, to install solar panels on residential and commercial roofs. Candidates should be comfortable working at heights, able to lift 50 pounds, and possess a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include team installation, vehicle organization, and customer interaction. Preferred skills include prior solar installation experience. We're looking for a Solar Technician/Installer to help install solar panels.

REQUIREMENTS
• Comfortable working at heights, on roofs, and moving through attics
• Able to comfortably lift 50 pounds overhead, repeatedly
• Observe OSHA and Level Solar Safety Procedures at all times
• Thrive in a team environment
• Exercise great attention to detail
• Valid Driver's License
• Access to a reliable means of transportation
• Pass a pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities
• Work in a team to install solar panels on residential and commercial roofs
• Prepare, load, and organize installation vehicles
• Cleanup on job site
• Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner

Preferred Skills
• Prior solar installation education and experience are a plus
• Prior experience working on roofs and/or in construction
• Want to contribute to a fun and friendly work environment
• Work well under pressure
• Used to a fast-paced environment
