The Solar Sales Manager at a confidential company in Irvine, CA, is responsible for driving growth in the solar industry through innovative sales strategies and strong customer relationships. *DutiesGenerate new leads through door-to-door outreach, community events, and digital campaigns.Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients by providing expert guidance on solar system options, benefits, and financing opportunities.Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction through transparent communication and tailored solutions.Conduct technical sales presentations, demonstrating the value of solar energy systems to diverse audiences.*ExperienceProven success in outside sales, preferably within the energy or solar industry, with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.Strong background in marketing strategies, including door-to-door outreach and community engagement initiatives.Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases preferred.Experience working with an interdepartmental team in a startup environment.Excellent negotiation skills paired with customer service expertise to build trust and foster long-term relationships.Knowledge of technical aspects of solar systems and energy solutions is highly desirable.*Salary**Salary range includes a monthly base salary plus commission incentives.
