Job Description
Voltaic Solar Solutions is hiring Solar Sales Consultants in Upper Marlboro, MD. The role involves selling eco-friendly energy solutions, conducting customer analyses, and maintaining positive relationships. Candidates should possess strong sales and communication skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets. The job offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and a commission-based pay structure. Travel is preferred, and the position is in-person.
Voltaic Solar Solutions is actively recruiting dynamic individuals to join our expanding team. We are in search of candidates who are enthusiastic about contributing to our mission: providing homeowners with an eco-friendly alternative to energy production and consumption, while imparting knowledge on diverse ways to achieve energy efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Present, promote, and sell our products/services with compelling arguments to both existing and potential customers.
• Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses for existing/potential customers to meet their specific requirements.
• Cultivate and sustain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to optimize satisfaction.
• Achieve predefined sales targets and outcomes within the established schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the potential of the territory/market, monitor sales, and generate status reports.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Stay informed about best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously enhance performance based on feedback.
Skills:
• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices, with the ability to cultivate productive business professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target-driven.
• Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
• Proficient in relationship management and openness to feedback.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
