About Us: We are a forward-thinking company in the renewable energy industry, seeking a skilled Solar Technician to assist with the removal and replacement of solar panel systems. This is a full-time position working closely with a licensed electrician to deliver high-quality, efficient service. Working around the North Boston/Reading area with local travel around the state.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of residential solar panel installation experience and is familiar with rail and rail-less racking systems as well as knowledge of how to commission the major inverter and micro inverter products in the industry.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the physical removal and reinstallation of solar panels
• Secure mounting systems, panels, and hardware to ensure proper installation
• Work collaboratively with the licensed electrician on all tasks
• Inspect panels and report any damage or issues during removal
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and follow all OSHA safety guidelines

Qualifications:
• Experience in solar panel systems, construction, or roofing (preferred)
• Familiarity with basic electrical components (training provided as needed)
• Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred but not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
