Job Overview

Spectrum Solar Power is looking for a Solar O&M Engineer (Operations & Maintenance) to support the monitoring, inspection, and maintenance of solar power systems across Kerala. The role involves ensuring optimal system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining the efficiency of installed solar installations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze the performance of solar power systemsConduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of solar plantsDiagnose and resolve issues related to solar panels, inverters, and electrical systemsCoordinate with installation and service teams for repairs and upgradesMaintain service reports and system performance recordsEnsure compliance with safety standards and operational proceduresProvide technical support during system maintenance and service visitsRequirements
