Solar Energy Advisor

Ethical Energy Solar is seeking a full-time Solar Energy Advisor in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves engaging with customers to determine their solar needs and suggesting solutions. Candidates should be self-motivated, possess excellent customer engagement skills, and thrive in a team environment. While previous sales experience is preferred, extensive training is provided. We are currently looking to hire experienced sales representatives to join our rapidly growing teams. Previous solar sales is not required and we offer extensive training programs for our sales teams. As a Solar Energy Advisor for Ethical Energy, your primary focus will be contacting new or existing customers to determine their solar equipment needs, suggest systems or equipment, and estimate costs.

Qualification We Are looking In our Sales Members:
• Previous sales, or solar experience not required but preferred
• Must be a self-motivated “go-getter” as well as thrive in a team environment
• Ability to manage workflow in a high-energy atmosphere while effectively multitasking
• Excellent customer engagement and active listening skills
• Ability to engage any customer in conversation and build rapport
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance is a MUST!
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment as well as independently
• Ability to communicate with different departments in a professional and efficient manner
• Confident, ambitious, and willing to go above and beyond for our customers and our initiative to make the environment more sustainable!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $145,000.00 - $365,000.00 per year
