New Opening HQ coming Spring 2026 in the stunning Bell Works building in Holmdel, NJ with other locations in NJ and PA. Work directly with the installer with access to Enfin, IGS Solar, LightReach, GoodLeap and Prepaid Lease.

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Solar Direct Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our solar energy solutions, engaging with potential customers through door-to-door outreach, community events, and local marketing initiatives. Your passion for renewable energy and exceptional customer service will drive the growth of our solar installation projects. As a key player in our sales team, you will leverage your outside sales expertise and technical knowledge to educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy, helping them make informed decisions while contributing to a sustainable future. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills in a fast-paced, environmentally impactful industry.
Duties
Conduct door-to-door outreach to identify and engage potential customers interested in solar energy solutions
Present compelling solar sales pitches tailored to individual customer needs, emphasizing financial savings and environmental benefits
Utilize CRM software such as Re Card to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local campaigns and community outreach efforts that generate new leads
Negotiate terms with prospective clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction while closing sales effectively
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding clients through the installation process
Maintain detailed records of all interactions within CRM systems and prepare reports on sales activities and progress
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales or direct customer engagement, preferably within energy or technical sales sectors
Strong background in marketing strategies and community outreach initiatives
Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases
Familiarity with CRM software such as Rep Card or similar platforms for managing sales data and customer relationships
Demonstrated success in door-to-door sales or field-based selling environments
Excellent negotiation skills paired with a customer-focused approach

Pay: $100,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
