Site Administrator

INTEC Energy Solutions is seeking a Site Administrator for their Woolooga BESS project in Wondunna, Australia. The role involves managing documentation, compliance, and coordination to ensure efficient and safe site operations. Candidates should have experience in site administration, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers career growth in the renewable energy sector and is a contract role focused on sustainability.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Site Administrator to support our Woolooga BESS project site operations by managing documentation, compliance, and coordination while ensuring efficiency, safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation, and reports to support site operations.Take minutes at site and HSE meetings, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure clear communication across teams.Assist with incident investigations, implement security protocols, and ensure adherence to safety standards.Oversee test & tag of machinery, maintain registers, and coordinate updates as required.Process purchase orders, invoices, timesheets, and manage inventory and fuel records.Liaise with contractors, clients, and employees to coordinate site access, inductions, and onboarding.

Qualifications and experience:Proven Site Administration Experience – Minimum experience in construction, mining, or civil projects preferred.Strong Organisational & Communication Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Site Management Systems – Experience with documentation, reporting, and administrative software.Knowledge of Safety & Compliance Requirements – Understanding of workplace safety protocols and ability to support compliance processes.Valid Driver’s Licence – Required for site-based tasks and potential travel
