As our market sectors and services grow, we continuously add new opportunities. Will you join us? Page is seeking a qualified Senior Sustainability Specialist to join our Building Science team. The position of Sustainability Specialist will provide sustainable consulting services within the firm, primarily for projects seeking certification through LEED and high-performance design, but also serve as a subject matter expert within our Building Science team. Our Building Sciences practice area works as an integrated bridge between architecture and engineering to create higher performing, healthier, and more resilient buildings. We are a firm-wide resource responsible for elevating the discussion of performance and sustainability for all of our projects and measuring results to help quantify how we're fulfilling our vision of "design that makes lives better." As a Senior Sustainability Specialist, you will conduct project goal setting and early alignment of sustainability impacts, lead sustainability project management and third-party certification efforts, and assist designers, clients, engineers, and contractors with sustainable design research and implementation. You will also develop and present sustainability trainings, maintain knowledge of sustainability, wellness, and energy-related regulations/certification programs, monitor, track, and benchmark projects and goals, prepare materials for sustainable design awards, and serve as an internal and external leader in issues of firm technical capability with respect to sustainable design. Other responsibilities will be based on your market sector expertise or team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, tracks, and benchmarks projects and goals

• Prepares materials for sustainable design awards

• Serves as an internal and external leader in issues of firm technical capability with respect to sustainable design
,
• Other responsibilities based on your market sector expertise or team leadership capabilities

Requirements
• Bachelor's in architecture, architectural, mechanical or environmental engineering
,
• 5-8 years of relevant LEED Project management experience
,
• LEED specialty credential
,
• Demonstrated experience developing, implementing and evaluating sustainability concepts and strategies
,
• Strong knowledge of LEED and other 3rd party systems (Green Globes, WELL, fitwel, Guiding Principles)
,
• Familiarity with Building Performance Analysis to help guide project processes
,
• Effective project management, task management, and following through
,
• Adept change agent dedicated to improving processes
,
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
,
• Strong written and communication skills (presentation/training ability)
