Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties (excluding residential/multifamily apartments/condos). This role focuses on lease administration financial reporting tenant relations and property maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in commercial real estate management and a strong ability to optimize asset performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations develop asset plans and foster positive ownertenant relationships.
• Ensure lease compliance mitigate risks and oversee tenant improvements.
• Prepare and review financial statements budgets and CAM reconciliations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain highquality standards.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for costeffective highquality services.
• Provide analytical support and communicate regularly with senior executives.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 5 years of experience in commercial property management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lease agreements budgeting and financial reporting.
• Excellent problemsolving time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and vendors.
• Bachelors degree in business real estate or a related field (preferred).
