**Senior Program Manager ProVeg China**

*Job title:* Senior Program Manager ProVeg China

*Reports to:* Executive Director Pro China

*Location:* Home based Shanghai

*Hours:* 20-40 hours per week

**Responsibilities:**

• Developing and implementing programs and campaigns to promote alternative protein innovations
• Enhancing the position of plant-based foods and other alternatives to animal products
• Managing reporting compliance and governance of a ProVeg affiliated INGO in China
• Cultivating positive relationships with stakeholders
• Event organizing and event marketing
• Collaborating with International teams to amplify campaigns
• Assessing impact and effectiveness

**Qualifications:**

• University degree in marketing, food, or health nutrition preferred
• Interest in food systems transformation
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English
• 5 years of relevant work experience in mainland China
• Ability to create and implement strategies and manage change effectively
• Experience in dealing with stakeholders from various backgrounds
• Confidence in project management software and digital tools
• Alignment with ProVeg's mission and philosophy
• Strong problem-solving skills
