Job Description
• PnL & Vendor Management:
• Manage event budgets, ensuring a strong PnL focus to deliver cost-effective and high-quality events.
• Build and maintain a roster of top-tier vendors, including event management companies, decor experts, musicians, artists, and performers.
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure optimized costs without compromising the quality of execution.
• Event Quality & Brand Representation:
• Deliver events that represent brand values, maintaining top-notch quality in every aspect from execution to guest experience.
• Sponsorships, Buy-Ins & Partnerships:
• Secure sponsorships and buy-ins from partner brands to support event initiatives.
• Collaborate with venues and other partners to ensure smooth and successful events.
• Cross-Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with business teams across brands to align event objectives with overall business goals.
• Ensure seamless coordination with internal stakeholders to deliver successful events and memorable experiences for partner brands.
