Senior Environmental Consultant (Registered EAP)

Sourcing and Recruitment Consultants is hiring a Senior Environmental Consultant (Registered EAP) in Paarl, South Africa. About the Role



We are seeking a Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) to join our team in Paarl as a Senior EAP. You will manage your own project portfolio with support from management, working across residential, mixed-use development, and infrastructure applications.


This is a senior position within a collaborative team environment. You will take responsibility for project delivery while benefiting from mentorship and oversight.



Key Requirements



Minimum 3 years of professional EIA experience as a registered EAP
Master's degree preferred


Demonstrated expertise in NEMA legislation (NEMA, NWA, NEM:BA, NEM:AQA, NHRA, CARA and related acts)
Strong report writing skills


Proven experience managing client and authority engagement



Project Scope



Your portfolio will include Basic Assessments, full Environmental Impact Assessments, and related applications across multiple project types, particularly residential and mixed-use developments with supporting infrastructure (roads, pipelines, and similar works).



Work Arrangement



4 days per week in our Paarl office


1 hybrid day per week.
