Conduct testing and evaluation of packaging prototypes to ensure they meet design specifications and functional requirements.
Work closely with suppliers to source and evaluate materials for packaging solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in packaging technology to continuously improve and innovate Lowe's packaging offerings.
Develop and maintain packaging design standards and guidelines for consistency and efficiency.
Manage and prioritize multiple packaging projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Communicate and present packaging solutions and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure all packaging solutions comply with relevant regulatory and sustainability standards.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on packaging design and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any packaging-related issues.
Continuously identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in packaging development and production.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on packaging development and testing.
