About the role
As a specialist for sustainability reporting you will play a critical role in driving our organizations sustainability reporting initiatives and ensuring compliance with global and local ESG frameworks. This position within the Sustainability team focuses on managing external ESG disclosures benchmarking and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for leading sustainability reporting across frameworks developing stakeholder reports and dashboards and coordinating internal and external ESG audits. This role requires strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and a passion for advancing corporate sustainability practices.
Roles and responsibilities
• Lead sustainability reporting across frameworks such as GRI CDP TCFD SASB GRESB and BRSR.
• Develop and maintain ESG data collection systems and processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Monitor and benchmark sustainability performance against industry standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with evolving ESG regulations in India.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments related to ESG factors and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create compelling sustainability reports dashboards and presentations for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Manage the annual reporting calendar and ensure timely submission of all sustainability disclosures.
• Coordinate internal and external sustainability audits and verification processes.
• Manage EcoVadis reporting and certification processes to strengthen organizations sustainability rating.
• Lead crossfunctional sustainability projects from conception to completion.
Experience and qualifications
• 46 years of experience in corporate sustainability ESG reporting or environmental consulting.
• Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science Sustainability or related field.
• Demonstrated experience with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI CDP TCFD SASB GRESB BRSR and reporting tools such as Ecovadis.
• Strong understanding of ESG regulations in India and global sustainability trends.
• Professional certifications in sustainability preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data collection validation and analysis.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
