About the Role:

Our Private Wealth team is expanding and we’re looking for a Senior Associate to join our vast community of solvers. The Wealth team brings our purpose to life by delivering tailored financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families. As part of our team, you'll collaborate with experts in finance, investment, and tax to provide comprehensive and innovative strategies. You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills working closely with the Wealth Services Investment Committee, including:
• Support with Wealth Investment Committee research related matters and deliverables, including investment insight reports and thought leadership.
• Preparing Wealth Investment Committee Papers, including comprehensive reports that summarise findings, analyses, and recommendations regarding investment funds and asset class reviews.

Manage stakeholder engagement, including:
• Co-ordinate fund manager meeting schedules for the Investment Committee.
• Attend fund manager and research consultant meetings to gather qualitative insights with support from Senior Team members.
• Engagement with various external stakeholders including external asset consultants, and Fund Managers to stay up to date of pending capital calls for Private Market investments.
• In conjunction with Senior team members, assist with due diligence on potential investment opportunities on behalf of clients, including analysing fund manager reports and evaluating market trends to assist clients in assessing the risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to and be an active part of our operational investment infrastructure (including platforms, internal research database,and utilising portfolio modelling software).

In our Private Wealth team, your impact will be seen by:
• Consistently exceeding expectations with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in investment research, with a focus on both public and private assets, preferably within investment research houses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Cultivating relationships with industry peers and potential clients to expand the firm's influence and reach.
• Upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance and ethical conduct
• Assisting senior team members in quickly responding to economic shifts and market trends, ensuring clients' strategies remain relevant and effective.
• Utilising advanced tools and platforms to improve efficiency and deliver superior client outcomes.
