Senior Analyst, Renewables Asset Management

Invenergy LLC is hiring a Senior Analyst for Renewables Asset Management in Riverside, IL. The role involves finance, operations, and regulatory compliance tasks, including budget development, project performance reporting, and collaboration with engineering teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in a quantitative field, at least 1.5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Excel. Some travel is required. The salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, plus bonuses.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Finance:
• Assist in developing annual budgets for 3rd party Projects and perform periodic variance analyses
• Provide input and review of the pro-forma financial models for new/existing projects
• Draft reports on project performance for internal and external pacing
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and management
• Complete other ad-hoc analyses as needed

Operations:
• Collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to evaluate and improve operational performance.
• Coordinate with project O&M staff on other operational items, including major component repair and replacement
• Participate in contract development with outside vendors, for various services
• Coordinate with Commercial and Energy Marketing teams find revenue improvement or risk mitigation opportunities
• Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements and project agreements
• Manage project contractual relationships to protect rights and drive performance
• Support development of commercial contracts and bids

Regulatory And Compliance
• Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements and project agreements, including operating agreements, credit agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, and power purchase agreements

Required Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Economics) and coursework in Finance or Accounting.
• 1.5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Some travel required.
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future

Base Pay

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD Annual
Bonus: 15%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
