Your Responsibilities:

• Personnel management and point of contact for the shift team
• Booking of shift performances, orders, and quantities
• Administrative tasks such as shift and vacation planning
• Continuous analysis and optimization of processes
• Technical support in case of disruptions
• Compliance with quality guidelines in the manufacturing process
• Monitoring of material stocks
• Training and onboarding of employees

Requirements:

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in staff management in shift operations
• Good knowledge of German (spoken and written), basic knowledge of English
• Excellent PC skills (MS Office and SAP knowledge)
• Knowledge of Lean Management
• Resilience, teamwork, and willingness to learn
