Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Ikeja, Nigeria.
The Sales
Manager will oversee and drive sales initiatives, manage customer relationships, and lead the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
Responsibilities include strategizing and executing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves building strong client connections, preparing weekly and monthly sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.


Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clientsLeadership and team management experience, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluationStrategic planning and market analysis skills to identify trends and new business opportunitiesProficiency in CRM systems for managing sales processesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field5 years experience in the renewable energy sector or a related industry is a strong advantageSelf-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment sentation skills
Compensation
Salary: Approximately : 500,000 - 700,000
(Inclusive of basic salary, allowances, and commission)
