Job Description
Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager for the Utility Scale sector in Australia. The role involves managing large-scale sales, project solutions, and application engineering in the Oceania region. Responsibilities include developing commercial plans, understanding the utility scale market, managing project pipelines, and collaborating with various teams for contractual negotiations. Candidates should have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in the solar or renewable energy industry, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel.
Key responsibilities:
The selected candidate would be responsible for the large-scale market and project solutions in Oceania region. He/she would be responsible for overall utility scale sales, application engineering, grid modelling, project management and service activities etc.
• Independently develop and execute commercial plans to achieve sales target.
• Associate industry experience to understand the value chain players and sales process required to build customer relationships within Utility scale market.
• Prospect and develop business opportunities align with global strategy to prompt Jinko brand influence.
• Manage project pipeline and sales process.
• Work closely with local Legal, Finance, Technical Support, Product team to drive major contractual negotiations according to company guideline.
• Support marketing activities and market communication. Collect market intelligence and latest information on various competitor activities and get back to HQ to optimize the business.
• Localisation of global strategy and execution aligned to local market needs.
Qualification:
• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience of PV/ Solar or renewable energy industry in Oceania region.
• Experience in Utility Scale projects sales, project management and commercial management with capability of communicating general technical concept would be preferred.
• Self-motived, target oriented with passion for job.
• Demonstrated working experience in regional area.
• Proficient in English speaking and writing.
• Ability to work in multi-national and matrix organization.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel.
