EHS Compliance Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing EHS Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing safety and environmental programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This includes creating policies and procedures for associates to follow, conducting area assessments, and investigating incidents.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement safety and environmental programs
• Conduct area assessments and investigations
• Budget management for EHS activities
• Manage plant's environmental and OSHA regulatory reporting
• Lead safety, health and environmental awareness program trainings

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing industry
• 2+ years managing Plant/Production/HSE programs and people
