Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Estimating Expert to join our team as a Construction Project Director. In this role, you will be responsible for developing cost estimates for restoration services, managing client relationships, and negotiating contracts. You will also work directly with clients and claims handling teams to close leads and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop cost estimates for restoration services
• Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts
• Work directly with clients and claims handling teams to close leads
• Document communication and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Requirements:
• 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry
• Extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
