Restaurant Industry Finance Leader

Sustainable Restaurant Group is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategies and performance in the restaurant industry. The role involves overseeing financial functions, managing multi-state finances, and mentoring a finance team. Candidates should have strong GAAP knowledge and experience in the restaurant sector. This is a full-time position based in Portland, OR.
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Industry Finance Leader to join our executive team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate closely with the CEO to shape the financial future of our expanding company.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing financial strategies that drive growth and profitability. This includes:
• Driving financial performance and achieving business objectives
• Oversight of all financial functions, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Navigating complex multi-state financial management and POS systems
• Building and mentoring a high-performing finance team

To succeed in this role, you will need a deep understanding of the restaurant and hospitality industry, as well as strong GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls skills. Experience with multi-state financial management and POS systems is also highly desirable.
