">Your Key Accountabilities

You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of BYD Energy Storage Systems through regular maintenance and troubleshooting.

You will provide exceptional customer support, working safely and efficiently in high/low voltage environments.

You will participate in administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and communicating with colleagues.

You will contribute to product development and project work, applying your knowledge of electrical systems and energy storage principles.

You will facilitate customer training and provide hands-on assistance in installing, commissioning, and maintaining energy storage systems.
">Requirements

We require at least 3 years of experience in the power industry or with high/low voltage systems.

Prior experience with energy storage is preferred, along with an associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.

Hands-on experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance is essential.

A solid understanding of electrical systems, particularly energy storage systems and their principles, is necessary.
