Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar PV Project Development Manager to lead our engineering design and technical project management efforts for solar PV projects. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle from feasibility studies to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and engineering of rooftop, ground-mounted, and single-axis tracker solar systems
• Develop project layouts, electrical designs, and integration plans using industry-standard design tools
• Conduct energy production estimates, performance tests, and system optimization
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in solar PV engineering
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale solar projects from design through commissioning
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, and other industry-standard design tools
