Registered Client Associate

UBS is seeking a Registered Client Associate in Henderson, NV. The role involves educating clients on services, managing client information, preparing reports for meetings, and organizing marketing events. Candidates should have SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 or combined 63 and 65 certifications, with at least 2 years of client service experience in finance. Your role

Educate clients on account services and capabilities Input client information into the financial planning tools and Firm tools Assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings Ensure appropriate documentation is collated for new accounts and service request. Leverage communication channels to enhance relationships with clients Maintain management systems with up to date client information Organize logistics for team marketing events and maintain marketing materials Provide team with calendar detailing daily, weekly and monthly activities Identify service opportunities for clients.
