GFL Environmental is looking for a Recycling Supervisor to join our team in North York, ON! The Recycling Supervisor will be responsible for all municipal audits to ensure our contractual obligations are adhered to. This position requires managing the audit team to ensure job tasks are completed safely and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversight of all municipal audits including all Arrow Road audits, offsite audits (currently Peel Region and City of Hamilton).
• Compilation of all audit data, ensuring it is uploaded on Excel Spreadsheet, Microsoft Forms, and PowerBI platforms and provided to managers as required.
• Compilation of daily and monthly audit trackers on Excel Spreadsheet.
• Ensuring toolbox talks and safety audits/inspection are conducted on a regular basis.
• Ensuring procurement/orders for audits are conducted periodically.
• Supervise audit team, including enforcement/implementation of safe work practices, including issuing disciplinary action should violation of company policies occur.
• Performance Management – conduct annual performance review for audit team.
• Review, edit and approve hours using the Agile Time Management System.
• Communicate with supervisors and managers any audit disputes arising with the municipal/PRO contracts, when required.

• A driven leader, ability to manage a team effectively.
• High attention to detail
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency
• Team player
