Key Responsibilities:
Develop and formulate sustainable and environmentally friendly detergents, housekeeping, and laundry chemicals.
Conduct research on raw materials and innovative technologies to enhance product performance and sustainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance with regulatory standards.
Optimize formulations for cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Lead trials and experiments to test product efficiency and safety.
Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and sustainable practices.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D within the detergents, housekeeping, or laundry chemical industry.
Strong understanding of sustainable and green chemistry principles.
Proven experience in formulating eco-friendly cleaning products.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
