Job Description:
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, planning, and overseeing the execution of solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background in civil or electrical disciplines, coupled with significant experience in the solar field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Design and Planning:
• Prepare and review engineering designs for solar energy systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
• Site Assessments and Surveys:
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to determine the suitability of locations for solar installations.
• Collaborate with the team to analyze environmental and technical constraints.
• Project Execution and Monitoring:
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar projects, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor progress and troubleshoot technical issues to avoid delays or inefficiencies.
• Quality and Compliance:
• Ensure all projects comply with government regulations, safety protocols, and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks during the project lifecycle.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, material usage, and costs.
• Provide regular updates and detailed reports to management.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide guidance and technical support to junior team members and technicians.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the solar industry.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, including rooftop and ground-mounted solutions.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.

Salary and Benefits:
