JOB OVERVIEW

As a part of our Accounting Team in our SREQ Administration role, you will be fully trained on the SREQ (Solar Renewable Energy Credits) program and process. You will continuously work to keep Sun Solar in compliance with State requirements. You will make phone calls to customers, as required, and will take major part in ensuring the accuracy of the SREC application submission process.

JOB DUTIES MAY INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
• Assist with ensuring accuracy of all SREC application content
• Assist with submitting and tracking progress from disclosure form to final application submission
• Collect Data and entering/uploading where required
• Contact customers as needed for collection appropriate documentation/signatures/etc.
• Filling in and assisting SREC Lead Admin where needed
• Assist in maintaining SREC tracking spreadsheets
• Ensure CRM is notated and updated as necessary
• Adhere to state requirements and updating processes as changes are implemented
• Collaborate with Utility companies and outside sources when necessary
• Help to ensure timely movement of projects through CSG, IL Shines, etc.
• Ensure that customers calls/messages are tended to appropriately and escalated when necessary
• All other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Seasoned program/process administration experience highly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Immense attention to detail
• Ability to learn software, CRM and MS products, especially Excel
• Ability to maintain professional attitude and discretion
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, when necessary
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to sit for 95% of the time
