Production Worker

Green Bay Packaging is seeking Production Workers for its Green Bay Shipping Container facility. Responsibilities include working across departments such as Corrugator and Shipping, conducting quality checks, and operating machinery. The position requires rotating shifts, with overtime as needed. Candidates should be team-oriented, able to lift 50 pounds, and committed to safety. Starting pay is $25.61 per hour, with benefits including free health services, dental coverage, and paid time off after 60 days.
Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to work in any department; Corrugator, Printing, Finishing/Specialty, or Shipping and be a part of the box making process. On day one, Production Workers will be immersed in our safety culture!

This position rotates between all three shifts and work overtime as needed (1st: 6am - 2pm, 2nd: 2pm - 10pm, and 3rd: 10pm - 6am)

Throughout your day as a Production Worker you might conduct quality checks, operate conveyer systems, move sheets coming off of a machine, or assist with order change overs.

Qualifications

• Have the ability to stand at least 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation & Benefits

As a Production worker, you'll make $25.61 per hour on day one and have access to our two health and wellness clinics. Services are completely free for all employees and their dependents! Then after 60 days, you will have a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, STD, LTD, pension and 401(k). You also get one week of vacation to use in your first year!
