Production Team Assistant

Native West Nursery is seeking a Production Team Assistant in San Diego, CA. The role involves providing computer and organizational support to a team of growers, requiring strong computer skills and bilingual communication in English and Spanish. Position requirements

Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft programs

Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills

Work well with an established team

Strong organizational skills

Work in full sun, inclement weather

Ability to lift 25lbs

Nice to have

Familiar with plant botanical names and southern California native plant communities

Pay

$17.25 per hour to start
