Job Description
SRI Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Production Associate I for their Mebane, NC facility. The role involves tasks such as separating and folding clean linen, inspecting quality, and operating heat sealing machines. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to perform repetitive tasks, and possess good communication skills. A high school diploma or GED is required. Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Production Associate, at our Mebane, NC Healthcare Laundry facility. We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills. If you are ready to make a commitment to measurable performance and continuous improvements, then we want to hear from you!
The successful candidate:
• Perform tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Separate, fold, and properly distribute clean linen.
• Inspect clean linen to ensure all quality standards have been met.
• Pouch and label sterile product utilizing the heat sealing machine.
• Send finished packs to Sterilizer Operator for further processing.
• Work within established productivity and quality standards.
• Make recommendations to facility management for methods of improvement.
• Mentor and train fellow associates after mastery of tasks.
• Ability to read and understand all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Keep work station neat and clean.
• Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to learn quickly.
• Able to perform repetitive physical motion at a work station for a minimum of two hours at a time.
• Willing and capable of working on different assignments within the facility or designated area.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Able to stand on feet for long periods.
• Ability to read and understand all Standard Operating Procedures.
Education:
• High school diploma or GED required.
