With the main objective to provide expertise and technical advice to those concerned in the department on all issues related to environmental issues and providing appropriate solutions upon request
Candidate must have more than 10 years of relevant experience
Main Job Functions
Providing expertise and technical advice to those concerned in the department on all issues related to environmental issues and providing appropriate solutions upon request
Conducting technical studies and research in the field of air environment
noise and electromagnetic radiation for sustainable environmental planning purposes
Studying the air environment and levels of noise pollution and electromagnetic radiation at the level in accordance with the approved standards
determinants and requirements
Conducting specialized studies on the types of soils
and preparing appropriate regulations and standards to develop methods of exploitation and preservation from pollution
Assessment of the environmental impact resulting from the exploitation of natural resources
Develop environmental regulations
policies and standards for the exploitation of natural resources to reach the optimal use of these resources
and protect them from depletion and pollution
in accordance with international standards and specifications
Coordination with governmental and private institutions and bodies concerned with environmental issues and strategies in order to exchange information and joint experiences in this regard
Preparing periodic reports on the work that has been accomplished and indicating the problems that have been faced and the appropriate solutions to address them
Implement all tasks and responsibilities entrusted in accordance with the security and confidentiality policy of information approved by the department and within the limits of the powers granted
