Job Description

SRI Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Pouch & Seal Operator for its Mebane, NC facility. The role involves operating sealing machines, documenting processes, and maintaining quality standards in a healthcare laundry environment. Candidates should possess good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on various tasks. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and experience in assembly may substitute for education.

Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a Pouch & Seal Operator, at our Mebane, NC Healthcare Laundry facility. We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate:

Perform tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Pouch and label sterile product utilizing the heat sealing machine.
Document and maintain accurate and complete records.
Work within established productivity and quality standards.
Make recommendations to facility management for methods improvement.
Keep work area neat and clean.
Assist in any other areas as directed by team leader or management.
All other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:

Quality and detail orientation.
Able to learn quickly.
Willing and capable of working on different assignments within the facility.
Good manual dexterity.
Ability to work with sealer equipment.
Basic analytical skills and detail-orientation.
Excellent hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in assembly may be considered a substitute for education.
