• Working closely with a leading Partner on a wide range of planning and environment law matters across Queensland;
• Including planning law advice, regulatory litigation, enforcement advice and planning schemes.
• The team represents development proponents in Land and Environment Court merit appeals than any other law firm.

The ideal candidate:
• Senior Associate to Special Counsel (6+ PQE).
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Experience in Planning & Environment law, coming from a recognized P&E law team/firm.
• Excellent research skills, and the ability to provide clear, accurate summaries from complex legal matters.
