About the role:
• Provide front end advice on development applications, set-backs, offsets, yields.
• Litigation representation in the State Administrative Tribunal, the Supreme Court of WA and Court of Appeal.
• Be involved in a wide range of planning matters including development applications, merit appeals, compulsory acquisition, contaminated sites and planning agreements.
The ideal candidate:
• 2-5 PQE with relevant experience to the role (environment alongside planning experience highly regarded)
• Pre-admission experience in planning or environment law will be viewed favourably.
• Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
• Genuine drive to learn, develop and specialise in this area.
• Strong work ethic with a bubbly personality who can work well alone and within the team.
