Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Scope of Work
The primary responsibilities of the Corper:
• Support the team lead with clerical and administrative tasks in her office.
• Support the Team Members with scanning and photocopying tasks where applicable.
• Actively participate in planning meetings and delivering all allocated tasks. These may include but not limited to filling of travel/activity forms, and setting the workshop/meeting venue (Projector, flip chat etc).
• Support Teams in Note taking during Propcom+ organized sessions, meetings/workshops/events.
• Support Teams in raising of program-related requests, and payment vouchers for payment/filing of documents. Also, they shall assist with other document-handling procedures.
• And any other task as assigned by superior staff in the office Team.ligion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
