Oakridge Energy seeks an Operations and Maintenance Engineer for Solar Rooftops in New Delhi. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in monitoring solar plant performance, conducting maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and preparing reports. Responsibilities include coordinating with O&M partners and clients, ensuring safety compliance, and supervising installations. A Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is required. The position is full-time with a salary range of 3.6 to 4.2 Lac.
O&M Engineer – Solar Rooftop- Delhi Location - Experience 1-3 Years




Monitoring performance of solar rooftop plants and ensuring optimal generationString-level monitoring for accurate fault identification and performance trackingConducting preventive and corrective maintenance of modules, inverters, and electrical systemsTroubleshooting faults and minimizing plant downtimePreparing daily, weekly, and monthly generation and performance reportsCoordinating with O&M partners across PAN India for smooth routine maintenanceCoordinating with clients to ensure smooth and timely routine maintenance activitiesSupervising installation, dismantling, and reinstallation of solar systems when requiredEnsuring safety compliance and maintaining site standards
