Job Description
Cascade Climate is seeking an Open-System Climate Innovator to advance Enhanced Rock Weathering and other climate intervention strategies. This full-time position is based in Boston, MA, and aims to address complex climate challenges without a predefined roadmap. The nonprofit organization is dedicated to promoting a sustainable Earth for all.

Our Approach
• We accelerate the development of Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW) as a climate-smart agriculture and carbon removal solution.
• We expand into other open-system climate intervention pathways, such as marine carbon dioxide removal (mCDR).
