The technician will also be involved in making recommendations for process improvements and supporting cost-saving initiatives. The work schedule is structured as a Monday to Thursday, 4x10 shift, allowing for extended weekends while maintaining a full-time workload.

Responsibilities
• Perform Electrical Maintenance activities in accordance with applicable procedures, training, and supervisory directions.

• Respond to abnormal and emergency conditions following approved procedures and training.

• Comply with employee duties and responsibilities as established in the Working Agreement.

• Assist in the preparation and review of procedures and related documents as applicable.

• Participate in the identification and resolution of health and safety issues through active involvement in IST and OWL programs.

• Make recommendations for innovative ideas or approaches to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure completion of assigned training, qualifications/certifications, and required reading.

Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent.
