Community First Bank of Indiana is hiring a Part-Time Non-Licensed Investment Assistant to support the Investment Department Manager and Financial Advisors. The role requires financial knowledge, attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational skills. Non-Licensed Investment Assistant

Objective:The Part Time Non-Licensed Investment Assistant acts as the support for the Investment Department Manager and Financial Advisors. Performs various support duties pertinent to help meet the needs of our investment clients.

Classification: This is a Part-Time non-exempt position and reports to the Investment Department Manager.

Job Location: Howard County

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all financial documents and client information.
• Communication Skills: Facilitating clear and professional interactions with clients and the advisor.

• Customer Service Orientation: Providing excellent service and addressing client needs effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilizing financial software, CRM systems and digital tools for efficient client management.
• Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information is crucial for building trust, ensuring compliance, and protecting data integrity.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Time Management: Handling multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing client needs, market conditions, and advisor requirements.
• Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently while seamlessly integrating as part of a team.

Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent: Required.
• Experience in the Financial Industry: Prior experience in the financial sector is highly preferred, including familiarity with financial concepts, terminology, and industry practices.
• Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues.
