Job Description

CBRE is seeking a Net Zero Program Manager in Atlanta, GA, to lead sustainability initiatives, including renewable energy procurement and fleet electrification. Responsibilities include collaborating with leaders, tracking progress, implementing sustainable operations, and developing training materials. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 5-8 years of experience, and knowledge of Microsoft Office. CEM and LEED certifications are preferred. This is a full-time position.
About the position

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with functional leaders and SMEs to advance corporate sustainability initiatives.
• Work with energy procurement SMEs and operations leaders to purchase 100% renewable energy for CBRE's offices globally.
• Track and report progress toward fleet electrification targets with vehicle fleet managers.
• Integrate sustainability performance requirements for site selection, leasing, and fit-out of corporate offices with Corporate Real Estate.
• Implement CBRE's Sustainable Office Operations Program with the Sustainability Champions network.
• Support the development of sustainable purchasing standards and guidelines with the Sustainable Procurement team.
• Administer the Sustainable Office Operations Program, including scorecard development and performance benchmarking.
• Stay current with frameworks and standards related to renewable energy procurement, zero waste, and sustainable purchasing.
• Develop content and materials for engagements with the Sustainability Champions network.
• Create training materials on various sustainability topics.
• Maintain project delivery plans to track progress on key initiatives.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• CEM and LEED accreditation and TRUE Advisor professional certification preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
