Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever is hiring a Wildlife Biologist - GIS Intern in Reno, NV. Wildlife Biologist - GIS Intern, NV Location: Reno, Nevada Application deadline: June 11, 2025 Anticipated start date: July 2025 Salary Information: $20 per hour. 8-24 hours per week. Duties: Work in a joint capacity with Pheasants Forever, Inc. (PF), and the Nevada Department of Wildlife to assist with coordination and planning efforts related to GIS data and modeling efforts within Nevada. This internship will provide the opportunity to gain or grow your skills in GIS data creation, data management, cartography and map creation, interaction with professional conservation biologists, and coordination between conservation organizations. Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Must be pursuing a career in GIS or natural resources, conservation, biology, wildlife, or closely related field.
