BCforward is seeking a motivated Event Planning Coordinator in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities include managing the reception desk, supporting meeting planners, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and handling space requests. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills, and be familiar with event planning software. This is a full-time position with no degree required.
• *The Ideal Candidate:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the Event Planning Coordinator role.
• *Responsibilities and Expectations:**
• Manage the reception desk, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day operations.
• Support Meeting Planning Managers and Meeting Specialists in planning and executing high-level meetings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including porters, audio visual, and catering teams.
• Manage space and facilities requests, escalating unresolved issues to the Lead Planner.
• Monitor the shared mailbox and respond to client emails in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Exceptional customer service and front desk management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with event planning software and tools.
