• Location: 617 Roosevelt St, Green Bay, WI 54301 (opportunity to work remote, within Green Bay, WI area, post training)
• FTE Status: 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week); typical schedule 8am - 4:30pm
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, occasional weekends depending on event schedule

Job Description:

The Marketing and Events Specialist will be responsible for the overall management, positioning, and implementation of Emplify Health’s community outreach efforts and events to drive brand awareness and community engagement. Acts as liaison for Emplify Health’s partnership with the Green Bay Packers. Serves as an events and promotions expert by developing strategic and tactical plans that support brand and marketing strategies and effectively engage the community. This position requires a blend of creative and strategic thinking, project management, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and event planning and be able to manage multiple plans for events simultaneously, while acting as an ambassador consistent with Emplify Health’s vision, mission, and strategies.

Qualifications:

Education : Bachelor’s degree in field related to Marketing, Communications, and/or Business Management, or five plus years of health care event management experience required.

Certification/Registration/Licensure : Valid Wisconsin driver’s license required.

Experience : Five plus years of proven success in management of events, promotions, and/or screenings.
