What You'll Bring Required

BS/MS in environmental science, natural resources management, ecology, or related field or equivalent experience4+ years (8 years preferred) of consulting experience in NEPA impact assessment and multi-media permitting (ESA processes, Section 7/10 consultations, HCP development)Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams in a fast-paced environmentExceptional technical writing and communication skillsCollaborative mindset and commitment to ERM’s sustainability visionThis position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship

Established client relationships in the Midwest energy and infrastructure sectorsExperience with international projects and global regulatory frameworks

Lead and manage environmental permitting and compliance for renewable energy, transmission, and oil & gas projectsOversee ESA consultations, develop Habitat Conservation Plans, and prepare mitigation strategiesDeliver NEPA-compliant impact assessments and management plans, ensuring regulatory alignmentProvide strategic guidance to clients, identifying opportunities to add business valueMaintain high standards for health & safety, financial performance, and client satisfaction
