Investment Bank is hiring an M&A Analyst 3 to Associate 3 for their Energy Transition & Renewables M&A team in the UK. The role focuses on renewable energy and infrastructure, requiring prior investment banking experience. Responsibilities include creating marketing materials, financial modeling, sector research, and supporting client relationships. Ideal candidates are ambitious team players with strong analytical skills and relevant industry experience.

Subsector focus is centred on Renewable Energy, Power generation, Transition and associated infrastructure.




The successful candidate will be operating in a similar capacity at a well-regarded bank or boutique, be ambitious and be seeking an active platform to enhance their career.







Responsibilities will centre on:




Creation of marketing materialsProvision of Financial modelling and analysisSector and product researchKey involvement in execution of mandated transactionsProviding support to senior professionals with the development/maintaining of client relationships and new business generation





Targeted Skills and Experience:




High calibre investment banking experience accrued in a large IB or recognised boutiquePrior Energy & Infra related experienceStrong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a proficiency in building financial models from scratchMotivated and ambitious team player
