Job Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking 10 Online Volunteers for the Skill Our Future initiative in Indonesia. Volunteers will support coordination with participants, mentors, and facilitators, ensuring effective communication and resource provision. They will gather feedback for program improvement and assist in scheduling sessions. The role is focused on empowering youth from underserved communities with digital skills for future employability. No degree is required, and the position is full-time.

Context
The Skill Our Future initiative, co-led by UNDP and other partners, aims to create digital pathways for youth, enhancing their employability and empowering them to thrive as globally engaged citizens contributing to sustainable development locally and beyond. With a marked context focus on providing opportunities for youth from underserved communities, the programme equips young people with the necessary 21st-century and digital skills they need to prepare for the future of work. Task Description
For the Skill Our Future Indonesia, we seek support from 10 Online Volunteers, who under the guidance of the Youth Empowerment team will: - Support in coordinating with participant, providing information and addressing concerns promptly and professionally. - Support in coordinating with mentors and facilitators, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to effectively support participants. - Support in compilation of feedback from both participants and mentors/facilitators to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous program enhancement. - Support in scheduling of sessions and meetings between participants and mentors/facilitators, ensuring smooth logistical arrangements and clear communication. The selected Online Volunteers will be provided with background information and material needed to support and implement the program. They will not be asked to participate or communicate with external parties of the Skill Our Future Initiative themselves without the guidance of the Youth Empowerment team.
