Climate Services Manager

This role requires a strong balance between scientific leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration. The successful candidate will lead and strategically develop climate prediction and projection-based services for sectors such as renewable energy, agriculture, and water management.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of researchers in the development of climate services across different time scales.
• Define and refine the research lines of the Climate Services team, aligning them with feasibility and budget constraints.
• Perform research in collaboration with team members to develop context-based solutions for generating climate information.
• Establish and strengthen alliances within the organization and at the international level to foster collaborations and enhance project opportunities.

Requirements
• A degree in Physics, Environmental Sciences, Mathematics, or equivalent.
